Independent Living

The Independent Living (IL) Program was developed to assist teenagers in the Foster Care System in continuation of their education and general life skills training.  With a support system in place to counsel and aid our IL kids, we make it possible for them have opportunities in their life that otherwise would be nearly impossible.  Its emphasis is on assessing and providing job skills, self-support, daily living skills and tracking and assessing the youth’s needs.  All youth, regardless of their case plan goal, must be prepared to live independently.
