Beginning February 1, 2007, Community Based Care of Seminole children who have active Medicaid eligibility will be enrolled in the Child Welfare Prepaid Mental Health Plan (CWPMHP) managed by Community Based Care Partnership, LTD. The CBC Partnership is collaboration between CBC of Seminole and Magellan Behavioral Health of Florida, Inc.The goal of the CBC Partnership Prepaid Mental Health Plan is to achieve better outcomes for children, better access for the CBC lead agencies, and improved coordination of mental health care that supports the permanency planning for these children. This site offers information to case management staff and providers to help answer frequently asked questions, locate documents and provide website links to assist in serving our children.
